Mad Jack V-Twin Streetfighter By SaxonSaxon unveiled a prototype of the newest addition to its line, the Mad Jack, at the V-Twin Expo in Cincinnati. The Mad Jack is an aggressive V-twin Streetfighter designed by Gard Hollinger of L.A. County Choprods (LACC). It features many unique "old-school modernistic" styling elements, including a proprietary frame, gas tank, fenders, machined aluminum strut system, LACC beehive side-mounted oil filter, Moon Eyes barrel-type oil tank, and LACC hydraulic seat shock dampening system. In addition, each Mad Jack will be numbered and signed.
The Mad Jack is the second production motorcycle that Gard has designed for Saxon. In 2005, Saxon unveiled the Black Crown, which quickly became one of Saxon's best sellers. Based on its success, Saxon partnered with Gard to create a bike that would look like no other production motorcycle and be incredibly fun to ride. The result is a true statement in modern motorcycle design.
The Mad Jack is scheduled to go into production in late spring as a 2008model and begin shipping to dealers early this summer. Visit Saxon online at www.saxonmotorcycles.com for more info.

Lend An Editor A Helping HandAs many of you may know, Courtney Halowell recently came aboard as editor of Street Chopper And Hot Rod's Bike-Works. He's quickly become a beloved and integral part of our team, so it shocked us as much as anyone else when he was struck by a sudden illness. We are keeping the magazines going in his absence, but he's unfortunately accumulated some very high medical bills. The industry is rallying around him to help pay those bills off via donations and an auction. Keep an eye on www.streetchopperweb.com and www.bikernet.com for more information, or email donation4tito@johnsonsgarage.com
