Once the sheetmetal was finished, the guys molded everything to help clean up the lines of the bike. After the molding was finished, Jason and Kai then tore the bike down so that the frame and sheetmetal could be taken into their paint booth for some liquid luster. They wanted the paint to be a real attention grabber, so they started by covering the parts in several coats of Metallic Sunset Orange. When the parts were dry, they were sent over to Byron Dose for some tribal graphics, and then passed on to Paul Bruggeman for pinstriping.
When everything was back from paint, Jason and Kai began finishing up the project. They started by creating a set of pullback-style handlebars to house a VDO Speedo gauge, then they bolted on the PM hand controls with Perse grips that Stuart had picked out at the start of the project. For Stuart's feet, Pro-One forward controls were installed. A Mid-USA headlight was bolted on next, along with a Lazer Star bullet taillight and a custom license mount that Jason and Kai had made. The bike was finally finished when the seat pan they had fabricated came back from getting covered in soft cream-colored leather by Sioux Falls Trim.
Jason and Kai called up Stuart to let him know that after six months of desperately waiting, his bike was finally ready to be picked up. When he arrived at Twisted Choppers, the guys rolled the bike out from the back room, and upon seeing his bike for the first time, Stuart stood in awe as he admired the smooth, flowing lines and great detail that had been put into his new prized possession. As he threw a leg over the seat, he thanked Jason and Kai one last time before he left the shop in a plume of smoked rubber.
