A Cross Between A Ferrari, An Ac Cobra, And A Drag Bike

 Seat

Of course, the sheetmetal was also unique to this build, and Mark spent a ton of time on each piece. The gas tank, fenders, chin spoiler, and oil tank were all fabricated by Mark, including the vented accents on many surfaces. Next, the bike was painted BMW silver and black to keep its theme sleek and simple.

 Headlight

The bike was quickly put back together, and the final necessary components were meticulously incorporated onto the machine once the paint had long enough to cure. Mark fabricated a set of handlebars for the bike and attached modified PM hand controls to them. An aerodynamic Ness headlight was bolted to the triple-trees, and Mark finished off the bike with a custom seat from Bitchin' Seat Company.

 Exhausting

We noticed the bike at the Santa Maria Motorcycle Madness show and had to have it in the magazine, so we shot it just outside the venue to make sure we got the first exclusive feature. Fortunately for Thunderstruck Customs, it was also recognized by the Artistry in Iron show, an invitation-only event happening during the Las Vegas Bikefest. Not only did this bike grace the cover of this magazine, but small, teaser photos of the bike appeared in numerous other publications. We'd say that Mark more than met his goals for the bike, and the owner is one lucky guy!
