With more to offer than ever, the young but strong Saxon Motorcycle company launched its '07 lineup with a handful of big changes while keeping prices low. Due to the overwhelming success of the '06 models, Saxon Motorcycle Company has stepped it up for the '07 model year with the addition of a new model-the Villain-and several changes to the entire model line, while still holding onto its commitment to affordability, reliability, and comfort. The company will continue to maintain the overall production standards that have made it a prevalent force in the motorcycle industry.
Saxon Motorcycle Company was created to produce great-looking, semi-custom motorcycles at a more reasonable price point than currently was available, as well as to apply professional management and production processes to a segment that is dominated by fragmented manufacturing practices. Saxon operates out of a modern 40,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on 9 acres in Casa Grande, Arizona, and is available through a group of dealers nationwide.
For the '07 model year Saxon has implemented several changes across the line to improve handling and reliability. Some of the biggest changes include Brembo brakes and two-piece rotors for more stopping power; a Progressive Suspension for a smoother ride and better handling; sculpted custom seats for additional comfort; and an improved electrical harness, which will lend to added reliability. All key components are more accessible for routine maintenance. Some other changes across the model line include a clutch that's easier to pull, a chromed belt guard, cleaner wiring, improved vibration dampening, and two new colors.
The new '07 Saxon Motorcycle base models start at just $23,995 and go to $28,595. The company worked hard to find ways to keep the base price of all its '07 models reasonable and to give customers the ability to customize their bike with numerous options, ranging from full custom paint jobs (all done in-house) to wheel and chrome packages.
The launch of the new 300mm rear-tire Pro-Street Villain gives customers the option to own a right-side-drive Pro-Street motorcycle with a monstrous 300mm rear tire at a reasonable price.
As with the '06 models, all '07 Saxon motorcycles feature S&S 96- or 111ci engines, are EPA- and CARB-certified, and carry a two-year unlimited-mile limited warranty.
