Crankshaft Balancing - Build-Off - Greg's Bike

Factoring in the weight of the pistons and the rods, the crankshaft assembly was balanced while spinning. The dynamic balancing achieves a more accurate balance and will considerably reduce engine vibration at every RPM.

More material is removed from the wheels with a drill, then it is placed back on the balancing machine until an almost perfect balance is reached.

Then the assembly is re-assembled with the rods and trued on a truing stand before it is shipped back.

The dynamically balanced crank assembly is shipped out ready to be put to use.
