They feature a true reverse cone megaphone with removable spiral cone baffle, and come complete with mounting hardware and polished aluminum end cap.

Raw Springer
The Merc Springer from Big Bear Choppers is the same frontend that was debuted with the '04 Merc rigid kit. This Springer is 18 inches over with a 2-degree rake, but can be built to your desired length in the trees. Springers come in raw finish so that you can decide whether or not you want to chrome or paint them.

Missing Your Spokes?
Check out Drag Specialties' American-made 120-spoke wheel assemblies. Each wheel features a billet chromed custom aluminum hub and polished stainless steel spokes with custom smooth nipples. The bearings, seals, and center spacer are included but not installed, allowing you to set bearing endplay to your specifications and use your preferred wheel-bearing grease. The wheels are DOT-approved and trued to less than .005-inch runout.

Frankie Serrano
The new pipes from Frankie Serrano Designs are triple stepped for performance as they start out as 1-3/4-inch, then jump to a 2-1/4-inch bend, and finish off with a 2-1/2-inch diameter. Revamped Girder
Executive Choppers has just released an updated version of the revolutionary Harman Girder. The girder has been redesigned with an adjustable rake plate built into the lower web where the bottom tree bolts to the fork. Harman girders feature 1-1/4-inch 4130 chromoly front legs, 1-inch 4130 rear legs, and the triple trees are 1-1/4-inch thick billet steel machined to fit standard handle bar risers.

Wicked Fuel Gauge
The new low profile Skull Collection LED Fuel Gauge from Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Accessories replaces the analog instrument with six bright LED lamps. The lamps glow blue when the tank is full and extinguish one by one as fuel is consumed. The final light glows red at low fuel level, and flashes red as the tank nears empty.
